Full Time ESL and Canadian Life Volunteer Program - New
“FT Intensive English + Canadian Life Experience Program or Job Placement”
Our Survival English is a unique program design for all students of all English proficiencies. This program is design to teach students how to be more independent and assimilate into Canadian culture and life style. The program helps students to build solid English foundation for daily usage and for work. After 6 weeks of intensive training, students are able to take their skills to survive in the real Canadian life situation through 6 weeks of Canadian Life Experience Volunteer practicum.
Key Points
- 5.5 hours of English foundation a day (Writing, Speaking, Listening, Conversation)
- Learn living English that Canadians use daily, not ESL designed for Foreigners.
- 6 weeks of Canadian Life Experience Practicum, with choice of:
Wilderness Survival Teaching Japanese Canoeing and Kayaking
Eco Tourism Log Cabin Construction Farm Life Experience
Horse Riding Husky Breeding and Many More!
Target and Requirements
- Target:
- Students of any background or English level that want to learn beyond-ESL.
- Anyone wishing to learn real living English and experience real Canadian Life.
- Requirement:
- Any English Level, Any Visa of 12 weeks or longer
Canadian Cultural Practicum Program (Code: CCP) $2,995 (Tuition $1,995 + Placement $1,000)
+ $150 Registration and $50 Materials
14 weeks FT Survival English Training & Practicum Program Schedule:
- 8 weeks, 5 days a week, FT Training (M-F)
- 10:00-11:20 Conversation - Intense group debating session to practice and perfect student’s speaking and comprehension.
- 11:30-12:50 Speaking - Putting together a thought, then speak. Teacher will record, replay and correct. Based on TOEFL Curriculum
- 13:30-14:50 Listening - Learn to catch 100% of North American speech through dictation. Based on TOEFL Curriculum
- 15:00-16:20 Writing - Learn how to write efficiently and free from errors. Based on TOEFL Curriculum
- 6 weeks (or longer) Canadian Life Experience Volunteer Practicum
Students will be placed in to local Canadian business for the real business environment experience.
